Collaboration Mural with Jomau X Miles Starkey X Muck Rock
There's a Texas born boy named Miles Starkey. Miles fucking loves art. He ventures into the realm of painting but, once upon a time he told me it's not his passion. What he loves is bringing artists together. He loves building canvas' for artists to paint. He loves getting artists giant canvas' to paint. One warm evening he called me excited as a pig at a Golden Corral, "Muck Rock is in town for SX! and I got the OK for her to paint a mural on the front of 1500! Do you wanna

Live Painting with Hearing the Homeless for SXSW (More Owls!)
If you read back on my blog you'll see a previous post about working with the organization Hearing The Homeless. They do a lot of good for the unnoticed residents of the community by providing meals, clothing, a helping hand, and debit cards loaded with $ for those in need. Today I performed a live painting demonstration at their booth located right in front of the SXSW Convention Center. Imagery? More owls! Lets begin.. 'Small Panels' Group Show at Cherry Cola Dog & Collab. w/ ER (Part 2)
Cherry Cola Dog hosted a unique art show allowing all artists to create a work of art on the same sized canvas. This gave the viewer the opportunity to explore how each artist would interpret their blank canvas and how each artist brings their ideas to life when faced with the same obstacle as all the other artists, a blank panel of wood. During the Spratx Ignite Residency I was provided with a studio space to create artwork in that I was told is used for other events. I neve

'Art Will Save Us' at Cherry Cola Dog & Collaboration with ER
Cherry Cola Dog. Its an art gallery but I use those words loosely. Its much, much, much more than that. Sure you can come for the art shows, stand around with your hands behind your back and ponder the artists thoughts as you gaze upon the works of art by 80+ artists but if you choose to stick around past 8pm you'll be in for a wild ride full of live art, fire spinning, live performances, costume troops, and every other level of beautiful weirdness you could imagine Its the c
